Mike began his career in the financial industry as an account executive with a regional Investment Bank more than four decades ago in New Haven CT. In 1986 he and his wife Deborah founded 10-15 Associates which grew to be a successful Investment and Financial Planning Firm located in Goshen NY. As the firm grew, his work focus became marketing. He began to research seminar methods that would become the foundation of the company. The main purpose of the 10-15 firm workshop series is to educate employees regarding employer benefits and to help them retire seamlessly. As the firm became larger, Mike became committed to mentoring advisors, sharing knowledge and the passion that he has for client centered advice.  In 2020, the firm was acquired by Wealth Enhancement Group. 

Mike’s approach to client care is rooted in the values instilled by his parents, who served as lifelong role models. Their example not only shaped how he raised his three children, but also how he connects with and counsel’s clients with empathy and genuine integrity. Currently Mike focuses on the team’s investment strategy, enhancing the client experience, and driving sustainable growth for the future. 

Outside of work. He enjoys traveling, playing golf, chess, and playing billiards. Above all he cherishes the time spent with his wife, children and their families.
