Over twenty years ago, Don founded Dempsey Investment Management. After joining with Wealth Enhancement in 2025, Don was able to expand offerings and benefits to his clients. Don is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve financial clarity and long-term success and feels the culture at WEG supports his long-term customer relationships.
Don lives in Shelburne, Vermont with his wife, Betsey. They have two grown children. He is an active member of the American Pool Players Association and the Lake Champlain Yacht Club. When Don is not sailing on Lake Champlain or playing pool, he enjoys golf, pickleball, reading and discovering new places in the world.
