He provides personalized, comprehensive financial planning and investment management designed to help his clients reach their goals. Pete works with individuals and families, providing investment consulting and comprehensive financial planning, including educational, retirement and estate planning. Pete also helps clients with their philanthropic requests.

Marti Awad has more than 30 years of experience working in the capital markets, first as a practicing tax attorney at one of the country’s top law firms and, for the past 24 years, as a private wealth advisor. Before that she worked in the tax consulting group of a national accounting firm. She joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2021 through the merger of Cardan Capital Partners which she cofounded.

Dave has more than 30 years of experience in asset valuation, portfolio management, financial analysis and planning, and acquisitions. As a financial advisor at Wealth Enhancement, Dave focuses on financial planning and portfolio management for individuals, trust funds, retirement plans, non-profits, and small businesses.  Dave is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of South Carolina. He is a past president of the Greenville Breakfast Rotary Club.

John’s passion is helping clients to simplify their financial lives. He began his career as an auditor and systems consultant for a national accounting firm, later joining BTR Capital Management in 1993 and serving as the firm’s President from 2008.

Philip has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was a founding member of FinTrust Capital Advisors and previously worked as a consulting group director and senior vice president for a global wealth management firm where his duties included developing investment policy guidelines, providing money manager research, and conducting performance reviews.

Bob has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry in the areas of retirement planning, portfolio management, and securities analysis. Bob currently works with clients ranging from 501(c) 3 charitable organizations, corporate pension plans, and affluent individual investors. He is well versed in overcoming the challenges necessary to implement and maintain a successful investment plan.

With over three decades in the advisory and consulting industry, Bill enjoys helping professionals, businesses, and their families pursue their goals of financial independence and freedom. Prior to joining Wealth Enhancement in 2024, he worked with Starfox Financial for seven years. He was also with Merrill Lynch for nearly 13 years as a Senior Financial Advisor and Wealth Management Advisor before moving to Starfox Financial.

Shad Ketcher uses his knowledge as a seasoned financial planner to find creative solutions as he aims to help people reach their life goals and make informed decisions about their money. He enjoys serving clients just starting on the road to financial success, as well as helping others who have done well to finish well. He believes maintaining a relationship built on respect and trust is key to helping clients stay the course and remain committed to long term strategic plans.

Craig enjoys helping clients navigate through life’s transitions. As a Certified Kingdom Advisor, he believes strongly in applying biblical principles to help guide people toward achieving their long term financial goals. Craig grew up in Bismack, North Dakota and moved to Minneapolis in 1986 to study architecture and engineering. He worked in mechanical engineering for five years and later as a stock broker, specializing in small local stocks. He joined New Era Financial Group, Inc.
