Mary Beth brings an extensive background in the financial services industry to her role at Wealth Enhancement Group. She began her career in banking and in 1987, she began working for a large broker dealer firm in Pennsylvania. In 1997 she joined Retirement Strategies, Inc. as Operations Manager and became a partner in 2005. She is passionate about creating and monitoring clients' financial plans and employing strategies that help clients achieve their goals and life dreams.

Brian creates financial plans, provides investment consulting, and manages assets for clients by implementing and monitoring prudent investment strategies. With more than 20 years of experience working as a financial advisor, Brian assists both businesses and individuals with making sound financial decisions that will aid them with their immediate and long-term goals.

Debbie began her career working for a large financial planning firm in Westchester County, and quickly realized she would prefer an environment where she could build closer relationships with her clients. That desire motivated her to launch 10-15 Associates, a wealth management firm focused on independence, quality investment management, and putting the client’s priorities first, with her husband, Mike DeMatteo. Debbie enjoys cooking, working out, and traveling.
