Melissa focuses on helping clients and others set and reach their financial goals by preparing and conducting reviews and developing and executing on financial plans. She also helps clients and others navigate and respond to a variety of concerns including life insurance cases, cost basis questions, and more. Melissa joined Wealth Enhancement Group through the 2018 partnership with Cimino Wealth Advisors. She and her husband Jay have two children and live in Beloit, WI.

Ted joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2022 through the BTR Capital Management acquisition. At BTR Capital Management Ted was a Principle and Portfolio Manager. He previously served as a Senior Consultant with Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management, as a Vice President and Relationship Manager with the Credit Suisse Private Banking USA Group, and with its predecessor, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Ted served as a Managing Director – Investments with Piper, Jaffray & Co.
