Michael brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career with Allmerica Financial and Securities America, focusing on building comprehensive financial plans. He has worked with individuals and small business owners his entire career. In 2014, he joined The Retirement Group where he began building a comprehensive understanding of the benefits packages for many Fortune 500 companies, helping their employees transition to retirement. 

In 1978, Ron founded Sadoff Investment Management. Prior to starting his own company, Ron honed his financial and investment industry skills working as an institutional investment and research strategist. His successful investment style and strategy has been written about in Forbes, Money, Barron’s, the Wall Street Journal and Investor’s Business Daily. Ron has been inducted into Research Magazine’s Advisor Hall of Fame.
