In its second year, USA TODAY and Statista recognized the “Best Financial Advisory Firms 2024" in the U.S. The top 500 RIA firms were awarded based on an innovative logy consisting of two dimensions: A firm's development of Assets Under Management (AUM) and recommendations by financial advisors, clients, and industry professionals.

This year, besides providing an overall ranking, USA TODAY and Statista included separate groupings based on the number of assets RIAs oversee so readers can compare firms of similar size classes.
