Prior to joining the financial sector, Roger was a partner in his family’s franchise restaurant business for 15 years – growing from one to six restaurants. After the restaurants were sold in 2001, Roger transferred his business and investment experience to working with individuals as a financial advisor. Roger joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2021 through the Vivid Financial Management acquisition. As a Vice President, Financial Advisor, Roger has the opportunity to view each client individually, analyze the data, and spend time researching and developing an investment plan that best suits their specific needs. Roger loves to ride mountain bikes and spend time with his family: wife, Virginia; kids, Kelsey and Kirk; and grandkids. Roger is active in his community as a youth sports coach and as a member of various boards and organizations, including 25 years on the Lompoc Valley Medical Center Board of Directors, which he currently serves on.
