Sharon joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2023, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry with her. As co-founder of Heacock & jones Financial Services, Sharon served as the Director of Operations & Client Services. Sharon worked closely with the management team and operations staff to ensure that clients received first class customer service. Sharon is also a licensed investment advisor.

Previously, Sharon worked with Paul Heacock at Honkamp Krueger Financial Services as the Director of Client & CPA Services where she provided support to clients of several Certified Public Accounting firms throughout the Midwest. A previous resident of Chicago, Sharon, moved to Dubuque, Iowa in 1989. She and her husband have four adult children. In her free time, Sharon enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her family.
