Juan Martinez brings over 10 years of experience as a tax professional working with individuals, families, and closely held businesses. He served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Tax Director with the Financial Advisory Group before joining Wealth Enhancement Group in 2024. Prior to that, he served as a technology professional for several years.

Outside of the office, Juan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is an avid endurance athlete and enjoys participating in long distance outdoor running or rucking events. He dedicates much of his spare time to F3, a volunteer men's fitness and leadership organization. F3 seeks to inspire men to work together as peers, to encourage healthy lifestyle habits, and support their local communities through volunteerism.
