Jeanelle is a tenured human resources professional responsible for the HR function at Wealth Enhancement Group. Her team focuses on strategic HR business planning, employee engagement, talent management and compensation and benefits. She has over 20 years’ experience in human resources working with startups, and both small and large financial services firms. Prior to joining WEG she worked at LifeUSA / Allianz Life with a primary focus on talent acquisition, talent management, employment law, training and strategic projects; and at AEI Capital Corporation, a privately held real estate investment fund company, where she led human resources. Jeanelle has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota and is a certified paralegal. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and large extended family.
