Tracey began her career in the financial services field at Merrill Lynch and subsequently co-founded Danison & Associates in 1997, where she worked for 27 years before joining Wealth Enhancement Group as a financial advisor. She especially enjoys working with women and young adults, helping them to develop strategies to achieve their long-term investment and retirement goals.

When not in the office, Tracey is active in her local church, volunteers at a local food pantry and at the Columbus Museum of Art, where she has been a docent for the past nine years.
