Shad joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2023. He has previously served in the United States Army and ran his own business while earning his business degree from St. Cloud State University. These experiences helped him learn the value of hard work and what it takes to be successful in business. Shad lives in Hutchinson, Minnesota and serves clients and businesses throughout the state. He is married and the father of two daughters and a son.
