Phil is a seasoned financial professional. He began his career as a growth stock portfolio manager, later working as a corporate finance partner at Ernst & Young. He built Dynamic Funds Management (DFM) and in 2007 merged with TAM Asset Management which became Equius Partners. Phil joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2023 through the Equius Partners acquisition. Phil has three children, Liz, Will, and Gussie, one son-in-law, Mike, and three grandchildren. He is a master swimmer and a retired sailor. Phil’s passion for community has led him to a variety of charity and volunteer opportunities. He has served as chair at Alchemia, an organization that honors individuals with disabilities through the arts and two organizations dedicated to advancing educating women in Kenya and Uganda. He currently serves on the board of The Power of Zero, whose mission is to eliminate cyber bullying and promote social and emotional intelligence for children worldwide. He also co-founded a partnership to alleviate poverty, called Project Redwood, with his business school classmates. Phil’s love of liquid assets also includes wine.
