Paul has been providing clients with expertise in the financial service industry since 1986, specializing in portfolio management and design, comprehensive wealth management and income tax planning. In 2000, he co-founded Heacock & Jones Financial Services, Inc. with a focus on investment portfolio design and management for high-net-worth clients. Under Paul’s leadership, Heacock & Jones Financial Services joined forces with Wealth Enhancement Group in 2023.

Prior to that, in 1996 Paul established a regional Registered Investment Advisory Firm, Honkamp Krueger Financial Services, Inc. In his role as President and Chief Investment Officer, he provided financial services to the accounting clients of several Certified Public Accounting firms throughout the Midwest.

He previously worked as the Vice President and Investment officer of Dubuque Bank and Trust Company and co-managed the bond portfolios for three banks in the holding company.
