Jim has over 37 years of experience in providing private client and institutional investment services. In his current position as leader of the Goolsby investment team and as a financial advisor with Wealth Enhancement Group, Jim has extensive knowledge in cash flow management for retirees, retirement plans, and building retirement wealth.

Jim and his wife, Loretta, live in Charleston, West Virginia. They have two sons and three grandchildren. Over the years he has volunteered with numerous youth athletic organizations and believes in giving back to the community, most recently serving on the fundraising committee for the WVU Children's Hospital. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing golf and other outdoor activities.
