Jeff has spent decades as a financial consultant for high net worth clients. He began his career with Kistler Tiffany Companies in Wayne, Pennsylvania where he became President of their sales association. In 1992 Jeff co-founded the Wharton Business Group in Malvern, Pennsylvania and later also managed its Miami office. He later joined Prudential Securities where he served on the Estate Planning Advisory Board.

Jeff was a founding member of eMoney Advisor, Inc. in May of 2000. This company created a revolutionary, cloud-based financial planning and management software application. As a leader in the financial software field, this platform is in use by many household-name financial service companies. In January of 2004 he was named President of CBIZ Wealth Management, a division of the #8 accounting firm CBIZ, a publically listed company. Jeff grew a client base to over $100,000,000 of personal assets under management in 6 years from a startup division at CBIZ.

Prior to helping found First Capital, and later joining Wealth Enhancement Group in 2023 through the First Capital Advisors Group acquisition, Jeff was a partner at Cantor Fitzgerald and worked to initiate a high net worth advisory business as a complementary division to their core institutional financial services business.

Jeff and his wife of over 35 years, Kathryn, split their time between a 250 year old historic home in Philadelphia suburbs and Marco Island, Florida. They are empty nesters to two children, JR and Kirsten.
