Dean brings 30-plus years of experience in the financial industry to his current position as a financial advisor with Wealth Enhancement Group. Dean and his wife, Tracey, co-founded Danison & Associates Inc., a registered investment advisory firm that provided investment advisory services for over 25 years to large pension and profit sharing plans, and wealth and financial planning services to individuals and small businesses. Dean is a conservative long-term investor who believes in structuring client portfolios that are designed to provide less volatility and more consistent returns over time. Dean and his wife have two sons and live in Upper Arlington, Ohio. When not in the office, he is active with his church and a local food pantry where he has served for over 15 years. Dean has also been active with Haiti mission trips building a medical clinic and school in Ouanaminthe, Haiti.
