With more than four decades of experience in the investment industry, Bill’s long-term perspective adds depth and value for Wealth Enhancement clients. His primary focus is portfolio administration and risk management. Having invested through many market cycles, Bill has developed a deep appreciation for the benefits of strategic allocation. 

Bill and his wife Cindy live on a 19th century farm near Honea Path, South Carolina. They have two adult sons, Jeff and Will (who also works in the Anderson office for the Wealth Enhancement Group). Family and community are their touchstones. Bill is an active Board Member with Hospice of the Upstate and Finance Chairman for the BHP High School Booster Club. He previously held board and leadership roles with a long list of Anderson County nonprofit organizations. The Kiblers are “outdoors people,” spending as much time on the water and in the woods as possible.
