Jim has over 30 years of experience helping individuals, families and businesses work toward maximizing wealth. His career includes working for large national firms, and small independent offices, delivering a daily stock market report on the radio and years of financial fitness webinars covering a wide array of financial topics. He became a member of Wealth Enhancement Group in 2023 through the First Capital Advisors Group acquisition.

Jim grew up in Basking Ridge NJ and was taught the value of hard work, discipline and integrity by his working-class mother, father, grandparents and 3 siblings. He lives in Little Silver, New Jersey with his wife, Courtney. While they experience their nest becoming a little less busy with their 3 kids, it’s gotten busier with 3 dogs. Jim volunteers on the local Parks and Recreation Committee. What was once for involvement on the youth sports side, it has now become more focused on recreation activities for the adults in town. He also enjoys helping get old friends together for the occasional golf outing or reunion. Jim enjoys time with his family, friends and dogs, learning new things and live comedy. During football season, he enjoys cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and New York Football Giants.

Professionally, Jim enjoys helping people figure out how to get the most from their hard-earned resources and creating a plan to ensure a financially comfortable lifestyle.

He strives to provide help, knowledge and insight into any area people need in order to be confident that they’re getting the most from what they have.

He continues to expand his education and knowledge in areas where he sees clients need the most help.
