Heather's specialty is plan design, specifically cross-tested plans, which can maximize owner profit-sharing contributions in the retirement plan. Heather also provides day-to-day customer support for businesses and their employees in administering their 401(k) plans. She assists with legal and compliance issues that arise. Heather joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2020 through the SVA Financial Group acquisition. She is also a member of the Madison Benefit Council. Heather is married to Jon, who is a high school art teacher in Belleville. She has two children, Owen and Ava, and enjoys supporting their sporting events and activities, as well as gardening and home improvement projects.
