With a background in technology and business strategy for companies including Target and U.S. Bank, Chris provides a seasoned perspective, working with the Executive Leadership Team to align departmental strategy or direction with the organization's overall goals.  She has more than 25 years of professional and leadership experience with roles in project management, business analysis and process development, including over ten years of experience in the financial services industry. She resides in Cottage Grove, MN with her husband Brian and their two sons. For fun, Chris enjoys spending time with her family or boating on the St. Croix River.
