With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Dawn currently serves as Chief People and Productivity Officer at Wealth Enhancement where she has been instrumental in helping the firm achieve its strategic productivity goals and vision since coming on board in 2022. Dawn has a strong background in operational leadership and process optimization and is focused on creating a synergistic workplace where people are empowered, equipped, and engaged to achieve exceptional productivity.

Prior to joining Wealth Enhancement, Dawn held the role of Chief of Staff & Head of Strategy at Sourcepoint, a mortgage business process outsourcing company. Dawn’s leadership significantly influenced the firm's strategic direction, expanded the servicing business, and fostered an outstanding company culture.

In addition to her professional achievements, Dawn is the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting the homeless with resources, support, and rehabilitation.
