Omar started his financial services career in 1996 directly advising high-net-worth individuals and families. He has worked at many prestigious firms, including Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, and various private banks as a Wealth Advisor. Additionally, Omar served as Market President for First Western Trust, a boutique private and commercial bank in Denver, CO where he led a large team of seasoned advisors focused on providing comprehensive advice and execution across Investment, Banking, Financial/Estate Planning Strategies, and Insurance. Omar holds various financial designations and licenses which provide financial knowledge he uses to help his clients. Omar is fluent in Spanish and has served on several boards focused on the Hispanic community.
In his free time, Omar enjoys spending time with his wife and three children exploring the outdoors from their Colorado home or from their native Bay Area. Together, they enjoy fly fishing, snowboarding, go karting, target shooting, and hiking. Omar is also a car enthusiast and enjoys the occasional track day or spirited drive in the mountains.
